Cheap Storage Units in Chicago at 1512 West Jarvis Ave

My company, Bill Morton Promotions has had several units at this location throughout the years, and Darlene Simmons was always helpful, friendly and knowledgeable.

This is my first time ever using Public Storage and I got to say that my experience has been great! Ms. Darlene Simmons, a staff member there, has been good with giving me a monthly reminder when my bill is due. I look forward to her friendly calls because she is a pleasure to talk to. She is a great asset to the company and should be recognized for her great customer service!!

Very friendly. Darlene is always pleasant and willing to answer any questions you may have. I forgot my access number before and she wrote it down for me. Also what I thought was handy is that she suggested I save it in my phone. Thanks now I never forget it and dont have to worry about my 3yr old finding it and destroying it. Much appreciated. Great service.

As with other reviews - Easy access, clean and courteous customer service. Darlene's fast, efficient and personable assistance was greatly appreciated. I would recommend this location to friends and family.

This is an excellent facility, close to public transportation, and the Howard Street bus and train terminus. While there is not too much new that can said about storage, in general, the staff here is amazingly friendly and supportive. Today, I lost my keys and after panicking, I re-traced my steps back to the facility in hope that someone would have turned them in. They did and the desk person, Shaima, had already written a note and was going to contact the nearby gym since my membership card was on the ring. This is service above and beyond the call of duty, and I was deeply thankful. Of course, I cannot end this review without also mentioning the professionalism and kindness of the manager, Darlene Simmons, who has also made interaction with this business, a wonderful experience.

For my needs I am served at this location for many years. Naturally I have to deal with Ms. Darlene Simmons every time I have to be there. In my life I was managing several companies, including one with five thousand employees. In my opinion this Lady is a great asset to “Public Storage” company. She is much disciplined, polite, intelligent, very caring person, accurate in her work, always in time at work. She can be easily a raw model as an employee and the manager. It is a great pleasure to deal with Ms. Darlene Simmons.
