Overall experience ok. But the virtual interactions are not that good...on one hand mist of your virtual managers are ok However a few need more training in customer service interactions.would much rather speak to someone in person; not in person virtually.The other issue is that there is no seating for handicapped/disabled person.Some of us can't stand very long and sometimes you have to. I felt like I was speaking with the Wizard ,from the movie Wizard of Oz....very impersonal.

The online rep was very courteous, professional and knowledgeable. Gave me plenty of options but listened to me. Guided me well through the process and linked me with the onsite rep who was equally helpful. The entire process was very well done. All in all an amazing experience. I don't hesitate to recommend Midgard Selfstorage.

So far the pricing, customer service and check in process has been great. We reserved on line, then called to confirm. The attendant working at the location was so very helpful. We had also called their after hours customer support and again, very helpful and kind. This is a new facility so everything was very clean. They do have a couple of carts to help carry your items in. If itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s a busy day you may not have access but we found it very helpful. We left our previous storage unit because they increased the price over $60 in only 7 months. Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m hoping this wonﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t be the case here.

ALways so friendly. Walks all the units to make sure they are secure and safe. Every time we go, we are offered water or something to drink. WONDERFUL SERVICE>

Wendy was phenomenal!!! She showed us to the unit and how to ensure it was locked properly. She was great during the reservation process behind as well. You guys have a gem on your hands!!!!

Upon coming and doing the paperwork, I was greeted wonderfully and respectfully. They were friendly and so helpful with anything! The process was fast and they had everything that I needed to get started such as my lock, and even packing supplies. Great place!
