Cheap Storage Units in Smyrna at 2490 Herodian Way SE

I needed to get storage space immediately and I contacted Public Storage and was able to secure a storage unit with no hassle at all. The process was smooth and effortless, and with the assistance of Shannon who is so helpful and so personable I was ready to move in within 15 minutes. I would recommend to any of my friends and family that they contact Public Storage first before looking at any other storage companies.

Wow! What a great turnaround from before! Our family has been using this location off and on for years and had been growing concerned this past year at the grungy appearance, cleanliness, lack of responsiveness by the Property Manager, and overall safety of the property. BUT that has all changed now for the better! After the property manager changed a few months ago, the improvements have been IMMEDIATE and noticeable! Shannon (I hope that is how her name is spelled !) is an absolute gem! SO VERY pleasant! And she works the hours that are posted so we aren’t having to wonder who we need to speak with!!! We have noticed the responses to our concerns swiftly replied to and handled! The property is now kept up, repairs are being made, the parking lot stays clean and well kept in appearance and we feel secure entering and exiting the building. We so appreciate her work behind the scenes to help restore the facility to the place we chose to keep our valued stored belongings safe and because of this, will be doing business here any time we need additional storage! Highly recommend!!
