BJ was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable! I’ve had poor experiences before in other states renting with Extra Space Storage but this time it was pleasant. I was hesitant to come as I had gone to two other locations before coming here thinking “Here we go again!” He definitely turned my previous poor experiences around. My move in was quick. I paid, moved items in, and was out of there in less than 20 minutes! I was even provided a unit that was very close to the loading door for the first time. Way to go BJ!
