I wish that I could give this location more than 5 stars. I had a horror story of a move and ended up putting my belongings in storage for a short time. From the first point of contact with customer service to my items being dropped off was seamless. Jacob at customer care went above and beyond to find me the right unit, location and gave me a great deal that I wasn’t expecting. Tameika who works on site also went above and beyond in helping me. When extra assistance was needed Charlie stepped in with no issues. This team really did something special for me and I am so grateful for the level of customer service and support that I received. I was pleasantly surprised that they went all out and delivered exceedingly and abundantly more that I thought that they would especially since I was in NJ for most of our interactions. They are A1!! If you need a safe, reliable place to store your items with an amazing team this location is it!
