I have been renting a storage room at the Breckinridge location in Duluth since January. Unfortunately, I ran into a few issues. Renee called me and over a few phone calls, she was able to work things out and I was able to keep my storage unit. Renee was extremely helpful, caring, and professional. I would recommend this location to anyone in need of a storage unit.

This is a wonderful facility! Everyone is so nice and helpful! I have been with this location for years now. It is always clean and safe. I had a wonderful experience with Renee. She is the store manager. She is so humble and kind that you would be surprised to know of her title! Thank you Renee!
