Michael and Danny were extremely helpful the first day I moved in and used Extra Space Storage. Danny was very courteous while he answered my questions and placed me in the system while Michael gave me a very thorough and detailed walk-through on how to enter/use the facility and the lock.

The facility is clean and the staff is very helpful - especially the store manager Michael Dobson. I have called him many times with various questions and assistances that I needed (sometimes several times on the same day) and he has been consistently patient and helpful. One time I called him 5 minutes before closing as I needed an urgent help and he was still very patient and helpful! Another time he was on call with me about a payment I was trying to make on phone and there was an issue with my bank (the Bank was suspecting fraud and was blocking the transactions) and our guy Michael was as polite and patient as ever through the multiple times that the transaction he was trying to do was declined. Can't thank you enough Michael. Your helpfulness and patience is highly appreciated.
