The Assistant Manager was very knowledgeable and helpful

The unit and facility was clean and nice. Setup was easy and the managers were very friendly. The only problem I had was getting into the facility with my code. If the managers leave the site, the numbers posted did not work and made it difficult to reach anyone but the problem was resolved rather quickly.

Customer service was excellent. Staff at the facility was very helpful and professional.

I wasn't expected to pay insurance therefore that should be told to customers upfront. Also I was charged a protated amount instead of 30 days later so I do not like that either. Otherwise good location and I will make the best of it. Oh, they do not offer military, verteran, aarp, or any other discount which was a bummer.

It's a fresh newly built facility.
