I’m giving this this business 5 stars only because of my interaction with Lynette at this location. I am really struggling financially in a location still recovering from a major hurricane. When I signed up for a storage unit - the rep over the phone (not local but from corporate) gave me very conflicting information compared to the local store. So I have had to pay late fees and not understand the contract . When I spoke to Lynette today, I was very upset and confused and she handled it perfectly. She extended grace to me when my tone came off condescending and went above and beyond to help me get my account taken care of. Then when I came in personally to pay my account, she treated me as though I hadn’t taken a certain tone with her, as though I was just a pleasant customer paying my bill. She is an incredible asset to this location and this company, if she lives locally and I’m sure has struggled with recovering from the hurricane. Give her incentive. She deserves it. Make sure your corporate reps aren’t speaking lies just to get a new acct. thank you Lynette.
