I would definitely recommend the public storage on Kirkman Road. Linda, the Property Manager was extremely professional, courteous, nice and very helpful. She went out of her way to help me by seeing that I needed a cart and she actually brought it to me. Later that sane day I came in and all the carts were taken but she once again went out of her way and searched for a cart and brought it to me. I must explain why this is such a big deal to me - I have bone cancer and I'm always in a lot of pain, therefore, whenever I do not have to walk to much or stand for a long period of time its very good. Linda didn't know this about me but she did notice I had some difficult in walking and she was very sympathetic of my needs. I moved from Extra Space Storage on S.O.B.T. to Public Storage on Kirkman Road because it is closer to my home and on the way to my Shop, but during my entire rental at Extra Space Storage did ANYONE help or cared that I needed a cart to transport my stuff. Linda was also, helpful to my husband, David, who has a business collecting items and selling them. I would use this location again without hesitation and would highly recommend anyone that is needing a storage unit to check them out. Thanks Public Storage!!! Catherine Hankins

I NEVER FELT COMFORTABLE WITH ANY STORAGE PLACE! UNTIL I CAME IN THE OFFICE AND WAS GREETED BY A VERY EXCITED ASSOCIATE BY THE NAME OF NECCI. THE WAY SHE GREETED ME MADE ME MORE INTERESED IN KNOWING ABOUT THE STORAGE UNITS. NECCI HAD NO PROBLEMS WITH TAKENING ME TO THREE DIFFRENT SIZE UNITS THAT SHE FELT WOULD BENIFIT THE SPACE I NEED. AFTER RETURNING TO THE OFFICE I HAD NOT REALIZE THAT I WAS INDEED IN NEED OF PACKING SUPPLIES. NECCI FOUND THE RIGHT SIZE BOXES THATA BUNDLE CAME IN A PACK. UNFORTUNATELY I DID NOT RENT THAT DAY. NECCI MADE ME KNOWLEDGEABLE OF THE UNIT I WILL NEED WHEN I RETURN NEXT MONTH. I WOULD LIKE TO TELL NECCI THANK YOU FOR A GREAT EXPERIENCE .AND PUBLIC STORAGE FOR HAVING A GREAT EMPLOYEE.
