Nice and clean. Disappointed with the over charge for storage after letting the front counter personnel that I moved everything out.

Here are my observations: Easy check in. Very clean. Elevators worked. Our unit was cleaned out. There were ample carts to use for hauling to our unit. The office manager was very helpful and checked to see if we needed anything. Can’t ask for any more!

My son and I recently rented a 10x10 to store some extra project motorcycle parts. When I came in to inquire about storage options and availability Gina was so great and patient when explaining how the storage rental program works, the guidelines and access system, and fun to chat with about riding motorcycles. This is the right person to face with customers, and it’s easy to see why she’s in a role with such great responsibility. Highly recommend coming in and asking Gina about helping you with your storage needs.
