The Staff at Extra Storage was extremely knowledgeable and helpful! I leased my space on-line but when I arrived, I asked if I could switch to a more suitable space. I was assisted right away and got an amazing space. I really appreciated it.

I did everything online in the parking lot. Viewed prices, picked the size and location of the unit I wanted, entered all the info they required, hit submit and within a minute or less I got the gate code and I was in unloading my car in no time at all. Very clean, very accessible. I did this all before office hours so I never needed to see the person working the desk. ????

Very friendly staff and the storage space is clean. The service is as advertised and they keep the units climate controlled at a comfy 72 degrees, which makes moving a lot more tolerable. The only thing negative I have experienced are the folks that load up a large truck and leave it in the loading zone as they load up their smaller vehicles. This takes up space the other customers could use. This inconvenience is strictly on the selfish few individuals who act like they're the main character in life. The company is great.

Facility is in a great location, well-maintained, and doesn’t look like an eyesore in our community. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. An extremely helpful, what more could you want in the storage unit? I will definitely be using extra space again in the future if needed!
