Have only talked with Tori over the phone, but she has been extremely helpful in walking me through the process of renting this storage space. When I had another very important call come in, she understood. I really appreciated this. I look forward to doing business with her and your company in the future. Spoke with Vincent today, 9/04/2023, RE: increase in unit price. He checked into the matter for me, and the price was corrected in a short amount of time. He was very pleasant to work with. Since I had already been charged the higher amount, he is looking into getting me a credit for the extra charge. 5 stars for Vincent.

There was an issue with my account. I called in and Vincent answered my call. He provided me with outstanding customer service. He told me he would handle the situation and call me back. What do you know, I got a call back in a couple hours with the problem completely resolved!

The one off Timuquana is always clean fast and friendly and readily to be helpful

One of the nicer spaces in town and the staff was always friendly when I came by. The cost per size of unit was also nice.

Very good facilities. Well taken care of. We have several units there. Great communication.

Very good place,but the prices for the storage go up 2 or 3 times a year.
