What is a ground floor or first floor storage unit?
A ground floor storage unit makes it easier to access and does not require the use of an elevator. However, the convenience of a first floor storage unit usually comes with a cost, and are typically more expensive.
What is elevator access or a upper floor storage unit?
An elevator access storage unit makes it a little more difficult to load and unload your storage unit and requires the use of an elevator or stair case. However, a upper floor storage unit typically will be less expensive.
What is a storage locker?
A storage locker has a reduced ceiling height between 4 to 6 feet. These storage units are good for storing small items; like suit cases, small household items, school and dormitory items, office supplies or holiday decorations. I was misled by the management at 5th Ave NE, Miami Said I was to pay bill every 4th of month, after renting unit in. 4December 2018. And that I had until the 15th , before I was to be charged late fee. (Of course this is all verbally stated) Then as I upgraded to 10 ×5 unit, on first few days of January 2019, manager informed me I was topay for entire month of January 2019, and also was late on previous rental on the 5th of the month. I would rather the management tell me to search online agreement, then verbally quoting from one manager to the next. Thank you.
