My experience with securing a storage unit was smooth and painless, all thanks to Hank !! Hank was extremely patient and informative when showing & discussing with me the different size storage units that were available. He answered all of my questions —- and believe me y’all, I had a boatload of questions ! Once I told him exactly how much items I needed to store, he recommended a 10 x 10 unit and he was right on the money ! Clean easy to use self storage

Thanks to the staff at Extra Space Storage. They are friendly and they do go the extra mile to ensure that the sign-up process is effortless and efficient. Everything was explained carefully and attentively. The storage area is very modern and clean, and appears to be a new facility. The price is also a great price, considering other storage spaces. I would recommend checking out this space for your storage needs.

The manager is so lovely and always down for a chat. Very polite, professional and all around great folks to do business with. The units are CLEAN! The space is not dusty or filled with bugs like some other places. The AC ACTUALLY works. It’s just a storage unit, but I always enjoy my time stopping by to pay my bill or collect/drop off things from my space. This is the place to go for sure!

The reception from the time I walked in to the time I walked out was great. I was greeted and treated with the utmost respect. She showed the spaces to me before I could make a final decision.

Had a storage unit at extra space storage located at 227 Chapman Rd in Newark Delaware for roughly 15 months. The property was always well maintained, the interior was very clean, hallways free of debris. The climate controlled unit kept my property in excellent working order. I contacted their customer service with a question regarding the increase in my monthly rent. The young lady I spoke with was very kind, and explained to me that when they switched to a new computer system some information did not carry over which more than likely reverted my information to my previous address. She worked to reduce my monthly bill for the system error and provided me with a $25 credit on my next months bill to the inconvenience. If I were in need of a storage unit in the future and was located near an Extra Space Storage. I would happily utilize one of their locations in the future.
