I have been client with Extra Space Storage for many, many years. They are great people! You feel safe and your property is secure. I love the very, very friendly service!! When you say the tops in customer service and professionalism it is in this company!! I have stored my belongings here for about 15 years, and I always felt my belongings were safe here. The facility and ground are always clean when I stopped in. If you want a great storage experience and looking somewhere to haul all your stuff this is the place to go :-)

My roommate's house was illegally sold and they gave us a 5 day eviction to which we had a court day on day 5. When went to court they locked us out and they robbed us of all of our belongings. They picked and chose what they wanted and put the rest in storage but would not provide us with the location of the storage facility. A month later we were told that our things were at Extra Space Storage and that we could have access whenever he (William Tran of Transcend Reality LLC) gave his authorization. I spoke with the Manager Felicia and advised her of the situation and she was a God send. She was able to get me access to my property after a month and a half of this Monster acquiring anything he and whomever else wanted to pilfer of my personal belongings. I am sorting through the remains of his malicious acts. I want to Thank You Felicia Aguirre for all your assistance!????
