Hours are not good and I was told that we could still access even if it was late. I was moving from Texas and was told I could arrive late because I had the access code. I arrived with movers and we could not get in. It resulted in me having to extend the truck leasing time and paying someone again to move my items into storage

The prices of storage facilities are rising just like the prices of a new home in California. There should be a discount for Senior Citizens, 60 age group, who could benefit from storage. This is why many people try to store in the garages of family and friends. Many times, they wear out the welcome. Newer Town Homes' HOA will not allow you to use your garages, primarily for storage.
