Cheap Storage Units in Arcadia at 12340 Lower Azusa Road

everything is good...the only thing that I had trouble with is the small step after the entrance to the inside unit. It would be better if in had a small mini step or kerf in front...wheels of the dolly kept getting hung up...getting in the door was ok but the step going to the next level was so close to the door and it would close rapidly and made it difficult to pull the dolly up.

The location is clean and easy to access. This is my first time storing anything. The manager Tehya was professional and thorough and made it a pleasant experience.

Public Storage is the ONLY place I store my belongings away from home.

I started off in Monrovia's Public Storage because I already had a storage unit there but when I was told that I couldn't be prorated, and that I would have to pay the whole cost, if I needed a bigger storage unit. I felt that I was not being handle fairly. However, I was sent over to the Public Storage in Arcadia. Tehya KNEW HER STUFF!!!! She took out time with me and explained everything in detail to me. Although, I ended up with two separate storage units at two different sites. It was worth it because she was nice and she was willing to bend over backwards for the service. She has a great attitude and she keeps the grounds very clean there. I was very tired that day and she was what I needed. I got my storage unit with a smile. Thanks, Tehya!
