Awesome storage place with a freight elevator, easy location to drive around in the city, and the person who helped me (I believe it was Robert) went above and beyond - showed me multiple units, offered to check other Public Storage locations for me, helped me move a bunch of things via the freight elevator, and was generally super helpful to everyone around there. What an outstanding first impression, totally makes sense why this place is so highly rated. Editing a week later to note that it was definitely Robert who helped me out so much the last time, and even this time around he went above and beyond to help me even though I was cutting it close to closing time. Really lucky for your help both times, thank you so much!

Robert was an extradionary help in my moving process. He made the process seamless and went above and beyond to help get me moved in a timely manner. He solved every problem that arose and happily! i honestly dont think id be writing this right now if not for Robert id still be trying to get into my unit and pack it up!
