What is a ground floor or first floor storage unit?
A ground floor storage unit makes it easier to access and does not require the use of an elevator. However, the convenience of a first floor storage unit usually comes with a cost, and are typically more expensive.
What is elevator access or a upper floor storage unit?
An elevator access storage unit makes it a little more difficult to load and unload your storage unit and requires the use of an elevator or stair case. However, a upper floor storage unit typically will be less expensive.
What is a storage locker?
A storage locker has a reduced ceiling height between 4 to 6 feet. These storage units are good for storing small items; like suit cases, small household items, school and dormitory items, office supplies or holiday decorations. Storage lockers are usually less expensive than other units and could be the ground floor or accessed with a rolling ladder.
What is an onsite storage manager?
The manager of the storage facility actually lives in an apartment that is typically attached to the storage facility. The storage unit tenants get a feeling of security, knowing that a manager is nearby to address emergency matters or other matters that could occur after hours.
What is extended hours?
Usually storage facility office hours are 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. Extended hours could be from 6:00 am to 10:00 pm or even 24 hours a day, giving storage tenants more access to their storage unit.
What is keypad access?
A keypad entrance storage facility will control who enters and exits the facility. The tenant is provided a personal gate code and prevents non renters from entering the gated property.

The manager Utonia was very helpful, she will take time out to help you in anyway she can. It's nice to know someone care when your going though heard time's. God bless her!!!!
Me and my boyfriend have had a storage here for almost 2 years, when I first came in we had no clue on what to expect but the manager there Utonia there was able to help us get into the right space for a pretty good price, she honestly saved us a lot of money. I love the fact there is google because I want who ever to read this to know that she is pretty amazing, I work in customer service as a store manager and I see a lot,but it takes a lot for someone that's in the position she is to be able to keep a smile on and to work professionally and also maintain her job. The property is always clean and looks good every time I go to it, if I'm going to pay my bill she always brings joy to us. my boyfriend always says that he feels safe there he feels like his stuff is at a safe place. So public storage you got a keeper for real! It's hard to find good people! How I found this place was looking on google to see reviews I'm pretty big with social media so I think it's very important that she gets the credit she deserves from everyone that comes across her so if you guys have dealt with her in the past stop and give her some credit she deserves it. I had a GREAT experience . UTONIA was very nice & helpful. That storage place is very clean & neat. Utonia keeps the whole place including the bathroom very clean.

Came to public storage for my daughter and utonia was the lady who help us when we came in for a storage she was very helpful and is very professional! We only needed a unit for a few weeks but she was a big help with our storage! You guys have a great manager there and i would keep her ?! If i need storage i will most definitely go back there and i will tell all my friends. She works hard there and keeps that place secure and clean at all times
