Cheap Storage Units in Sacramento at 6938 Franklin Blvd

Merlinda was very nice and helpful even though I caused her to have a very late lunch. Closing hours at 6pm daily not good. On line prices are very good. 26ﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ truck will probably have some problems getting into the smaller units driveways which are very long and narrow. Have to buy a lock from the office for $21 which can only be used on their doors. I did a lot of shopping and their prices were the best. Donﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t know how soon they will increase the rent which would affect my review.

I never rented one before and was surprised to find such a clean and safe place. The indoor section I recieved was clean and cool, didn't expect AC. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Very nice ppl at this location. Everything is ran professionally and I see no problems at this site.

They were very helpful and kind but i was there to pay for a storage, im a little worried about safety and how difficult it is to get in and out or to borrow a cart, im disabled with a worry of getting help when needed.

Maggie and the other employee are so nice and very helpful!!! They both answered all my questions and gave me a very great deal!! Excellent customer service!!! It's been years since I've had to use a storage unit, but I do remember the last time I went into the office to ask someone a few questions it was not a great experience. I'm happy to say this time the staff was so friendly and helpful!!! I just want to say thanks so much ladies!!! My only regret is that I didn't get a name for the other worker. But she gave my daughter sticker and a card! Of course that made my daughter smile!! It's nice going into a friendly atmosphere and getting a great deal!!!!! Couldn't ask for anything more!!!

Customer service was excellent, knowledgeable, and very polite. We'll see if you get a five star on how often you change the rate. And yes, I will tell others how satisfied I was. Thank U
