I've been a customer at this storage facility for 15 years. When Extra Space took over they made a lot of improvements to security (new doors & locks, more secure entry & exit) and general tidiness. It's more expensive, but they made a clear investment in the remodel. The staff has also been very friendly and helpful.

This facility sucks! They're hardly ever in the office. I paid for locks you must get from them for my 3 units. I was told when I moved from my units I would be refunded for the locks. Moved from 2 units refused to refund & I can't use the locks any where else as they fit the other half of the lock attached to my unit! They locked me out & charged me for another month when I tried to move from 2 of my units saying I didn't give notice. I did but they failed to document my intent to move. I currently pay $322 with insurance for my 10x15 unit. Recv notice my rent is being raised $50 but on line they're advertising this unit for $338! Go somewhere else not worth the aggravation & misinformation from management!
