Our property sold and was time to go a lot sooner than we expected it to. Was supposed to take several weeks for escrow and closing costs negotiations of sales price financing issues with potential buyers. Then out of the blue a buyer came in made cash offer above asking and within a few days my realtor calls and says I've got 72 hrs to pack over 3 decades of belongings and be out. The search for a unit to store our stuff starts out rocky the first few places I cold called weren't going to have a unit available for weeks in the amount of space we required. Prime self storage came up as a place with the size unit I needed plus the offer states first month is free. So filled out lease agreement online and made my first load of stuff to this clean and quite facility the very next day. Staff was friendly and helpful and not nosey and informative. A storage I've rented years ago I remember the on site manager always in our business and seemed to be watching our every movement as if watching was his source of creepy entertainment. He had something to say about something we shouldn't do every time we paid the rent in the office. Prine storage offers contactless contracts and lease payment options which I am a fan of. I'm too busy to meet and greet everyone for every little necessity like paying for rent services etc. I don't care how your days going and prefer to not have an opinion on the weather today just allow me to have my privacy and conduct my business without unsolicited interactions. Clean and quite without micromanagement. 👌
