Our experience with the staff and the storage site was great. However, we called on a Sunday to reserve our unit at a specific price but when we went to complete the reservation paperwork within the time allowed, the storage site was not able to honor the price. We were told we went through a 3rd party service to reserve the unit can they on a day when the storage site was closed so the non-promotional price was not reflected in their system. When speaking to the manager and showing the documented reservation information we received at the promotion price, the manager told us he could not change the price in the system to honor the promotional price but he did offer to honor the 3 month discount we were also quoted but at a slightly higher discount rate. While the discount defrays the cost some, the discount is not equivalent to the savings we would have received at the quoted price reservation price.
