Great experience

I’m happy. It’s expensive but it’s clean and secure. Mine’s indoors. I enter a code to enter, grab one of their big rolling carts and roll my things down the hall to my spot. It’s easy, The ceilings appear to be 12’ high so my 10x15 holds a lot of stuff. I put a ladder in mine.

The company does all it can to help people. Storage place is 1st rate.

Up until yesterday, I had handled everything with Extra Space Storage online; rental, setup, and payments. After four months of smooth sailing, I received notice of a 75% monthly rental increase on my unit! It would take too much time & “ink” to provide all the details here. Suffice to say I learned my lesson: If at all possible, handle your rental setup on-site and in-person! Though I did move out, I would do business here again… by dealing with the extremely helpful staff on-site, who took the time to explain in detail how this came about, and how it might have been avoided. Five stars to the on-site staff. Two stars (generous) to the company.
