I spoke with Erin to arrange my unit over the phone. She was thorough and made certain I was aware of all terms and condition prior to me signing on the dotted line. When I called back with additional information, I spoke with Sam and she took care of everything. The interesting thing is that you can hear the smiles in their voices and that they want to make your “stay” as smooth as possible!
