I was having some trouble with an order I had placed, and Clarissa was incredibly helpful in resolving the issue. Friendly and quick customer service.

Manager on duty helped us to solve problems on the spot. Unit we selected was not big enough when we started to fill it up. We got a second unit, same floor, just beside our unit. Everything taken care of smoothly. On the way out to our new home, we did need to change the small unit we had for one bigger to be able to sort out our belongings. The manager on duty (PJ) helped us to get the closer available, and made it “a breeze” to get things fixed.
