Kristyn was professional, courteous and very efficient throughout the entire procedure. She gave me a quick tour of the facility to show the available units, explained the company and facility and took my many phone calls for further information. I was able to lock in an entire year over the phone after completing my online rental. Summer promotions just happen to be going on, so we lucked out with a great price on top of the amazing service. Convenient location for us so we are not spending extra high gas prices to drive a ways to get to our items.

Have had our stuff in storage for quite some time and the rates do go up…a lot, hence the 4 stars and not 5. It’s gets EXPENSIVE long term. We do like the convenient location though and signed up again but downsized our unit. Kristyn was super helpful and assured me that she will be available to answer all questions and help in any way going forward. She’s mainly the reason why I decided to stay. We just signed up for a medium 10'x15' storage unit online. Everything went smoothly and all the paperwork was done online. I like the unit's basement location because here in Phoenix, it is 110 degrees today and it was very cool inside the building. The unit was very clean, almost new looking, and the price was very reasonable compared to the storage unit we just moved out of. There were also plenty of carts available for our use. Two carts easily fit into the elevator. There was plenty of lighting available as well - not so much in our previous storage unit. Overall, a very positive experience.
