Well organized and administrative staff friendly and professional

Overall experience was wonderful. Things were easy to navigate and convenient

The best services I had experience so far in houston

Good customer service, a very nice location.

Good staff, nice storage units, very happy.

A very nice experience except that the store manager tried to sell 1)the door lock and, later said that it is obligatory to have the insurance from Public Storage (while this was not the case).
