Cheap Storage Units in Houston at 802 East Richey Road

I met with the manager Austin,who was very detailed in explaining everything.I was very at ease,knowing my belongings would be safe and secure.

The on site manager Austin was very nice and helpful and help me choose one that was good for me .

I like the fact that there are cameras on the property. They also have dollies to help move your things quicker. The place is fairly clean compared to other storages in the area. I only did not like not being able to see the unit before moving in and not able to look at the map of where the empty units were located first. I am use to that kind of service when renting. I rented a climate controll space from them. Better pricing online.

It's OK, nothing really Fancy or special that stands out

Due to Covid 19..I hated having to stand outside & communicate .I was the only person there so I didn't get it .I couldn't use the bathroom..I did everything on line as I was asked to .I finally got moved in .The guy I called was sweet and quick to get me a unit .it was when I arrived that my experience was not good

I have never felt this safe at a storage facility. I work crazy hours and usually won't make it until late at night, and not once have I ever felt nervous or scared. There's plenty of light and cameras, and property is very clean and well maintained.
