What is a ground floor or first floor storage unit?
A ground floor storage unit makes it easier to access and does not require the use of an elevator. However, the convenience of a first floor storage unit usually comes with a cost, and are typically more expensive.
What is elevator access or a upper floor storage unit?
An elevator access storage unit makes it a little more difficult to load and unload your storage unit and requires the use of an elevator or stair case. However, a upper floor storage unit typically will be less expensive.
What is a storage locker?
A storage locker has a reduced ceiling height between 4 to 6 feet. These storage units are good for storing small items; like suit cases, small household items, school and dormitory items, office supplies or holiday decorations. Easy registration, good customer service.
Arrived a little before dark from several states away and the staff took the time to show us where the unit was and answered all of our questions!
The girl running the office was great! Very helpful very informative. However, when I called two times, the number for GSI in my web search, I spoke with a man with a foreign accent, who was very difficult to understand. He also didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t understand my questions. It was almost like he had some kind of script he would not deviate from. Again the location office staff was great. But the only reason I didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t give top score for customer service was because of those two phone calls.

Thanks for the storage unit it was nicely done.
This storage facility is very clean. Good management except many times no one is in the office. And I have had 2 price increases 👎. But all things considered I am leased with my experience.
The employee registering me was very professional, polite and took me to see unit after transaction was done.
