Cheap Storage Units in Philadelphia at 9559 Academy Rd

The location and staff are excellent! 10/10

The unit was clean and prepared when I arrived on my move-in day (which was before the front office was open). I easily found my unit. The property manager even called me later that afternoon. They had noticed my stuff was moved in and was checking to see I needed anything how my experience was. It was very nice of them to call. My only issue was the online customer service: I had completed my reservation online and was told that I would receive the access code to enter the building on or before my move-in date. I was moving in early and had not been notified that I was given the access code in an email, text, or in my portal online. I was not able to reach anyone online or over the phone because their helplines were closed. I finally found the code in the mobile app when I tried to open the gate holding my phone to the gate's keypad. This is advertised as a convenient feature to get in without the access code. It didn't work for me, but then gave me the option to see the access code afterwards.

Clean, good location and affordable prices

The reservation was quick and easy. I booked for the same day but didn't make it til the next day but there where no problems moving in. I got the first month for $1. The payment process went quick and easy. The facility was well lit, and clean. It was a painless process all the way around. I got a 10×20 and it's only 102$ a month! I have room to spare! Spare foot is legit!
