Cheap Storage Units in Frazer at 49 Lancaster Ave

Harry did a great job getting us set up, and the facility was clean, organized, and well run

The location is conveniently located and is very clean. Glad it has climate controlled units. Staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. I wish the location in Malvern/Frazier, PA where I rent a storage unit had more than 2 carts for use. One person was up in their unit with both carts while I entered the facility and I had to wait until a cart was returned- frustrating as my storage place in MA has plenty of carts available for customers to use. Also wish you had two employees working at the desk so someone is always available- Bought boxes at the Uhaul store because no one was at the Front desk when I stopped by during business hours.

So far the experience has been nothing short of quick, easy, convenient, and helpful. Staff is friendly and helpful and the units are in good condition and it helps makes people feel safe.

Rich was super helpful. He assured me the property was secure after the unit keys were lost in the mail. When I got to the unit he helped me carry a bulky item into my car. He re-secured the unit with new keys and a entry code in case lost keys and security code to unit had ended up in the wrong hands when lost.

Rich at this location was awesome! Friendly, personable, professional. He took the time to show us around the property, our unit, and explained everything. He made the process easy and painless. The property is the best kept, nicest storage facility I have ever used. Rich even made a one week follow up courtesy call to make sure everything was going well and we were happy with the property. Who does that?!?! That's what I call customer service. Thanks again Rich, we appreciate all your help.
