Security measures are excellent with secure indoor parking for unloading and access to only the floor of your storage unit.

For me it is the ideal location. My apartment is 3 mins walk away. The facility is clean. The ability to park your vehicle inside, out of the sun or rain as you move in or out is a plus. Accessibility to my unit is easy to reach, with access by an elevator. The security measures give me confidence that my valuables are secure. I applied for my unit on line which made the process smooth.

I was more than a week late from my move in date; an on my arrival, the office was closed for lunch. Seeing me waiting; the young lady at the desk, immediately helped me get squared away (took like 5 minutes if that) with a smile an very polite.

I would love to see better hours to make this a bit more accessible during the week. 6pm is very early for most people that work a typical 9-5pm job.
