I have never seen a storage facility that is so clean. Also, the staff was beyond helpful and got me the unit I really wanted. I did a lot of research of different facilities, and this one was a great price and location.

We needed climate-managed space for our belongings as we were putting our house on the market. This place was conveniently located, reasonably priced, with excellent customer service. The only drawback is the few carts that are available are all being used during busy times (which wasn't that often), making it necessary to either wait for a cart to become available, or in some case we just hand carried what we moved that day.

Overall I've had a good experience. However I was told by management that corporate was complaining that I was there to much. The only time I go there is after work because I sell stuff online and on ebay for additional income. I have 2 units so finding the product can be tiresome and tends to take a few hours and if I find I have extra time before closing, I like to spend it taking pictures and posting more items online. I pay for a storage for a reason and I've read my entire contract and it doesn't say anything about only being able to go there a certain amount of days in the month. So that part I don't agree with. I do however appreciate that security comes and locks the place up at night.
