Cheap Storage Units in Richmond Hill at 87-40 121st Street

Excellent service. Clean facility and helpful staff

I'm so glad I found this cubesmart storages. It was really close to my home, affordable had what I needed available. They have great hours and are open wish is ideal. I was able to make a free reservation online and on the day of my reservation i received a reminder call and when I got there I was greeted by a kind and considerate young man who's name I forgot, I'm sorry but he took me view 2 rooms and allowed to make my choice of what was available in the the size was interested in was I really appreciated. But unfortunately when came back to move there was a different guy who wasn't as nice the initial greeter and on my way down from my move in I ran into yet another agent who was not nice at all we had no words but he made like I couldn't ask him a question if I needed. Fortunately I really don't need to interact with anyone to access my room unless need help. The location is perfect because it's not on the main street and out of the way if high traffic. I Do recommend this cubesmart storage location.

The process was quick and easy going.

Customer Service was great on the day if check in, the person was very helpful and accommodating to any questions I had.
