I was shocked when I started to unload my stuff and found that each level had only 2 small carts that were in disrepair (the handle kept falling off). There was a man with a huge moving van and 4 men helping and there was me with a large truck and 3 friends helping. That man and I each had one SMALL cart that the handle kept falling off of. This made our unloading take 3 times longer....that's not an exaggeration. Three people had to just stand there and wait for that one SMALL cart to come back. I don't understand this at all...especially when the area available for parking was so small that there was a line of trucks waiting to unload so a job that should have taken half an hour took an hour and a half! The facility on Riverside Drive just a couple of minutes away has lots of large carts. I asked the manager and he said, "That's what they gave me."

Doug made our experience seamless. Everything occurred just as he described and he was very flexible and accommodating. Even the moving crew was impressed with the facilities.

I got an immediate call once I reserved my unit online. Doug was extremely helpful and informative. This was the best customer service I have had anywhere, in years.
