What is a ground floor or first floor storage unit?

A keypad entrance storage facility will control who enters and exits the facility. The tenant is provided a personal gate code and prevents non renters from entering the gated property.

Well iv been with this place for about 2 years now and I'm very please with this place very nice employee they work with u on most situation the only thing I have a down fall is that my unit went from 40 to 70 dollers now but I like this place and the people. So ill pay 70 for a 5/5 space I have ppl tell me I'm must be crazy to keep payen that price I tell everyone once u find a trustworthy and great place to keep ur belongings safe &secured its clean and I pay to have my stuff safe its very hard to find good storage units expecially in GrandRapids don't have to worry bout theft or theving people
The representative was courteous, showed us around and made us feel like we made the right choice to store our items in the Richter facility.
The guys at Richter in Grandville were super helpful and graciously explained everything and showed me the space. I appreciated them taking the time to show me around and I felt the space was safe and clean and I had no concerns about moving my stuff in. Thank you for being so kind and welcoming!
