Cheap Storage Units in Baltimore at 1415 Russell Street

My experience was smooth and quick, thanks to Montrell. I would recommend using Public Storage to my friends if need be.

The process was extremely easy. The manager explained everything in terms that were easy to understand. She was very enjoyable to work with.

Service, explanations and attitude of manager (Denise Brown) was outstanding. Made the experience pleasant and quick.

I was rather disappointed that after I confirmed my unit online and then twice over the phone, that I was forced to rent a larger unit(5x10 instead of 5x5). This was especially disappointing after driving 9 hours to move my belongings to a new city and then feeling like I had been lied to leading up to my move-in. Now I am stuck with a storage unit that is too big and will probably have them tell me that I have to pay a higher price than I was quoted for no fault of my own. Other than that, the facility is fairly clean and I feel my items are secure there.

Great rates. Great property manager. But some issues - Why only two carts? I have not once had a chance to get a cart. This is in Atlanta and Baltimore. Really wish you would stay open until 10pm and have more than one person on duty. The double door entrances to the storage area are up pull open, not push. This is very hard to manage when moving things by yourself. Then you have to enter your passcode again to get in another double door. Very cumbersome. Other customers are always parking bad and taking up all the spaces. Keypad to exit is not accessible from inside car. Need more lighting in the parking lot.

The move in was easy! Amy's GREAT! They NEED lights in the storage unit! I have to bring a small flash light along. They NEED at least ONE trash can. How can you toss trash WITHOUT a trash can not even at the front door ????. and they NEED to fix the exit gate so that cars can enter and exit PROPERLY! Everything else was a breeze! I HATE the operating hours too. Whatever happened to 24hr access.
