Staff was helpful. Only issue was the lock hasp on my unit was to tight causing the lock not to go in properly. Sam said it still works sort of. I pointed out all the other locks in the row were properly seated, but mine was not. Sam said he would take care of it, but after three weeks it was not fixed. I fixed it myself last week. Frank

She showed us several different storage units that were climate controlled. She even offered products to keep the sent in our unit at a pleasant smell. She was a 5 star sales person.
