LOVE,LOVE,LOVE Darlene! She is so helpful and very personable. I really appreciate her reminder calls when I forget to come in and pay. Darlene was also a great help in renting me my unit. Overall she has a wonderful personality and has some of the best customer service skills I've seen and that is hard to come by these days.
