Staff is friendly, pleasant and very helpful. Units are clean and locations are many so very easy to find a convenient site. Also they offer lots of online deals which outweighed other storage facilities in my decision to choose them.

After my mom suddenly passed away, we needed to get her house sold, but my siblings and I either live out of state or in apartments. I made an appointment online to see the storage unit that I chose, and the appointment was smooth and very quick. Every question that I had was answered, and the move in process was very easy. They even provide a dolly for moving multiple boxes at a time free of charge. I have only been renting for a couple weeks now, but haven't had an issues, and the staff is always friendly.
