Came here because I ran into an issue at my other unit an boy did the guy go out his way and help make me feel better. I enjoyed talking to him an gathering information from him. The setup was easy and smooth. What great customer service.

Michael was very polite and helpful. I had an easy and quick check-in. He made sure to go over my paperwork in detail. As well as showed me my unit prior to the paperwork to make sure it was enough space for my things. I love the cleanliness and location.

I was doing my change and I had an overwhelming urge to go to the bathroom to take a piss. But there was only one bathroom and it was closed. This explains the strong smell of piss outside, many people who try to enter the bathroom cannot and end up peeing in the street and there is this strong and unbearable smell of piss at the entrance.
