Daniel is truly the most patient, personable, informative and helpful person. He showed me various floors and units knowing the price of each. He answered 100 questions with a smile. He is a saint. I'm 68 and can be a real pain. Daniel wins the employee of the year award!

Everything went well until it was time for my first payment. I was surprised to receive a call from PS almost 10 days before my payment was due asking me if I wanted to pay. I said I would pay when the due date came. To my surprise I went to pay on March 17th (my due date and found they had put their own lock on my unit for lack of payment. When I went to the office to ask, they told me it was because I had not paid on time. I explained my due date was the 17th and they said actually the due date is one day prior. They charged me $56 for late payment. I told them this was thievery and they answered I had agreed to the terms in the long mortgage-type contract they make you sign when you rent storage. My suggestion to future renters is to be aware of the "terms and conditions" you sign as there might be hidden fees.
