The Lady behind the desk (Monique), stays within her Company's rules pretty Strictly and is pleasant and professional about it. She made the changover as quick as posssible dealing with the Intracies of a Contract. I was given a very clean Unit and am happy with the outcomes. I received a Fair Price for at least 5 months. I set up a reservation for Sunday. When I showed up the facility itself was locked, so I called a the number that was taped to the door and the service agent that I spoke with was both professional and pleasant. She got me signed up in les than 20 minutes. I had no issues getting to my storage locker, but I did have some problems trying to get the locker open from the security tab that was sealing it. Lol But once I got that off, it was very easy. To store my things and leave.

The storage place was clean, customer care was nice, but I had problems getting in with the code, because it wasn't ready at the box to let me in.

It's c cleaner than expected for the area the price is a bit high for me but I'm cheap it's about the size of a closet but I always make it work. .
