What is elevator access or a upper floor storage unit?
An elevator access storage unit makes it a little more difficult to load and unload your storage unit and requires the use of an elevator or stair case. However, a upper floor storage unit typically will be less expensive.
What is a storage locker?
A storage locker has a reduced ceiling height between 4 to 6 feet. These storage units are good for storing small items; like suit cases, small household items, school and dormitory items, office supplies or holiday decorations. Storage lockers are usually less expensive than other units and could be the ground floor or accessed with a rolling ladder.

Usually storage facility office hours are 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. Extended hours could be from 6:00 am to 10:00 pm or even 24 hours a day, giving storage tenants more access to their storage unit.

A keypad entrance storage facility will control who enters and exits the facility. The tenant is provided a personal gate code and prevents non renters from entering the gated property.

I have had to rent a storage unit numerous times over the years. This storage facility by far is the cleanest, well maintained and has a good price point compared to any other place I have rented( 2 others in slo)I like that the storage units are raised above the ground level and that canﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t be used as a home like other places Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ve stored at. I donﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t worry about my belongings being stolen.
Nice open layout of storage units and feels very secure.
I have rented a large 12 x30 unit. the door is pretty hard to open and doesn't seem to have a spring load or anything to allow it to go up easily....When pulling by rope attached to the center it just bends out and you really have to struggle to get it open What can we do about it?
