I rented two units one 10x20 and 10x30. One of the units advertised a 50% off the first monthsv rent but when I mentioned that at the facility, they had no idea about it and did not honor it. So this was false advertising on someone's part. Overall the facility works for me due to the unobstructed entrance fur large trucks.

The customer service is outstanding and definitely elevates the service here! Easy access and love that this location is drive up ! No need to go down narrow halls or other levels to get to the unit. Meets out needs

Was pleasantly surprised at the customer service I received at both facilities, thank you because moving a 4 bedroom home into a 2 bedroom apartment and storage unit, prior & over Labor Day weekend is NOT fun. Dissapointed that your truck rental deal was only for day use & we couldn't get a 24 hour deal, therefore it took us four times as long and cost four times more even with your move in special. Fortunately and unfortunately we ended up getting a U-Haul and a friends trailor to finish the move & storage. Glad that there was a tenant on site when we showed up at 8pm to store our belongings but bummed that our unit wasn't clean and that the light, back wall and rope to our unit were broken. Assumed since I reserved the unit almost 2 months in advance that these issues would have been corrected prior to our arrival. Hopefully after speaking to sweet, kind and so professional Rachelle that these issues will get taken care of post haste and our storage will be safe.
