What is extended hours?

Usually storage facility office hours are 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. Extended hours could be from 6:00 am to 10:00 pm or even 24 hours a day, giving storage tenants more access to their storage unit.

What is keypad access?

A keypad entrance storage facility will control who enters and exits the facility. The tenant is provided a personal gate code and prevents non renters from entering the gated property.

We went to Extra Space Storage because we had the absolute worst experience with Public Storage. The gentleman that helped us at Extra Space Storage was friendly and very knowledgeable. He helped get us into a unit of the same size for half the price we were paying at PS. I love the staff at ES; they just have a way of making you feel like you're family. I know my Christmas and Halloween decor is in good hands! I definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for storage solutions.

We started out at $35 per month for the smallest unit and that was NOT a promotional rate. Within less than a year, we have had not one, but two price hikes and are now being charged $70 per month. The unit and facilities are great, but I do not like the deceptive advertising rate to get new customers to sign up.

Stopped by to inquire about a storage unit, prices and sizes. Had the absoulute best friendly, kind service. Within a half hour I walked out a happy renter of one of the best cleanest storage units I've ever had.
