Rosa does a outstanding job! She has given excellent customer appreciation finding the right unit. I noticed how clean the bay looked. The desk looks neat and organized that I NEVER have to worry about issues. She put me on auto pay, and that's a relief!! Located at 216 Puyallup Ave. Tacoma. BTW Ivah, front desk person, has extraordinary people person skills. I've personally witnessed how she problem solved a issue with a existing customer in the office while I was paying my storage. And reassuring new customers about how to get on board quickly and easily. She has a friendly can-do mentality. If that isn't enough, she doesn't let time slip keeping the bay swept, and oil drips promptly cleaned up from customers cars in the bay. Lots of oil drips. She doesn't hesitate to put a safety cone, or dry mop ASAP. Careless attention would cause a slip accident on hard concrete while carrying boxes. Extraordinary isn't a word. It's her motto.

Only just rented, but both the out of state customer service representative and the in person staff were clear, helpful, and very well informed. Great rates and clean too.
