Was in a super bad and exhausting situation when I found this facility. I had just finished moving into a new house and after only being there 2 days we found out it was covered with lead paint. Having a toddler, we immediately started packing everything right back up and found ourselves needing to move again. With such little notice we were forced to stay with family until we could find a new rental. But what to do with all our belongings, it was later in the day past office hours for all places I looked and I begin to feel even more stressed. Then I found this place! I was able to go through the entire process on their web site. After filling out a few things, picking my unit and paying a price (much lower than other places I’d searched) I was given a personalized gate code and instantly given access to my unit. The process was seamless and affordable. My experience with the people working and running this place is just as good if not better. Tim and Cyndi have stopped by my unit on a couple different occasions as I’m frantically moving loads in and have shown nothing but pure compassion to me. Offering their help anyway they can through my bad situation. This facility and its staff have legitimately been such a blessing. I honestly can’t say enough good things about my experience here. Great experience with this place so far. I accidentally signed up for a unit online for the wrong location. Cyndi was super friendly and helpful. She was able to help me get transferred to a new unit at the location I had intended originally. Very appreciative of the help and how easy it was. I met with Catherine today and she gave me a tour and showed me to my unit and was also very helpful and friendly. All around happy with my experience here so far.
